Blaze Bot will read Blazes sent at 4:20pm ET from users

Description

As a user, I should be able to send a message with the specific schema at 4:20pm to "blaze", so that I can reap the rewards of "blazing".

As a product owner, I should be able to change the schema of a "blaze", so that I can customize it to my server's liking.

The schema of a "Blaze" is the following: either >= 5 characters, or exactly the message "Nice".

Acceptance Criteria

• Records members that successfully "Blazed"
• Excludes members that did not successfully "Blaze"
• Resets members so that previous members are not included again
• Config option to change the schema
  • Allow words
  • Minimum length
